The Wine Appreciation Society offers: Regular tastings with well qualified speakers on specific wine topics, countries or styles etc. A newsletter, reviewing tastings and detailing future events, Group membership of WineShare with its own events and the chance to buy wine from their vineyards at extremely advantageous prices.
Anyone who is interested in membership may come to the January 18th or February 15th tastings, as a guest (free of charge) of an existing member.

Those members who have experienced the previous two Harrods Wine Dept Tastings are eagerly awaiting their tasting on Thursday 18th January.
They'll be showing four white and four red wines with a couple of dessert wines to follow. The theme will be "The New World v The Old World" which will offer us the opportunity not only to taste some fine wines but enable us to ponder on the divergence or meeting of these areas.
The tasting starts at 6.30 pm in Normandy House cafeteria and the guest price is £9.50, members pay £7.
